研究方向:术后认知功能障碍。近年来围绕老年术后认知功能障碍(POCD)发生的病理生理机制展开研究。老年POCD发生率高达9.9%,相应死亡率可增至1.63倍,但临床尚缺乏有效防治措施。“睡眠-觉醒”节律偏移是老年POCD的重要诱发机制,Bmall-Clock和Per-Cry复合体介导的钟基因环路可为节律稳态提供分子基础。通过构建体内外POCD模型,阐明节律蛋白SCOP调控的钟基因环路在“睡眠-觉醒”节律偏移介导的老年POCD中的调控作用及机制,进一步筛选“睡眠-觉醒”节律的光调节方案,为光调节治疗老年POCD提供临床转化依据。
